Bike to Sport!
Winners bike to sport. Whatever your sporting persuasion, the best way to warm up is a bike ride on the way there!
To encourage and support the eager athletes among us, Bike Auckland will be giving away weekly and monthly prizes to those that bike to participating sports clubs- and best of all, an end-of-season GRAND PRIZE for the team that shows the most dedication riding to their games this season: A mountain biking adventure for the whole team!
Entering is easy – just get your team members to ride in to either training or games, take a photo of yourselves with your bikes (bonus points for creativity), tag @BikeAKL in a public post on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. If you’re not on social media, please send your photo entry to angie@bikeauckland.org.nz
Any participating sports club can enter – young or old, new or pro. If you’re riding, we love to see it!

Terms and Conditions:
- Bike to Sport 2022 summer competition runs from 10 November 2022 to 31 March 2023. Photos for this season must be uploaded between this period.
- Images provided to Bike Auckland may be used in current and future promotional materials.
- Entries are open to all those that Bike to Sport in the Auckland region and not limited to participating sports clubs
- Judges decisions on weekly and monthly prize packs and end of season grand prize are final.
- If your Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account is private, please email a screenshot of your entry to angie@bikeauckland.org.nz
- Photos must include you and your bike and identifying features that relate to your sports club. If there are multiple people in your photo, only the person who has made the submission will be eligible for the prize.
- One photo = one entry into the prize draw. No limit on entries, but duplicates of the same photo are not permitted.
- Entries must be received during the competition period.
- Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or other goods. Only ‘posts’ are eligible to enter the social media draw i.e. instagram stories do not go into the draw.
- Bike Auckland will determine prizewinners and judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained.
