Bike Advocacy Workshop

September 13, 2023 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Aotearoa is currently feeling the devastating consequences of climate change and yet there seems to be a lack of action from political leaders. It can all feel all too much and daunting to try to make a difference.

There is hope. Erin Thomas, Director of Change at the International Center for Advocates Against Discrimination and founder of The Launch is running a workshop for Bike Auckland’s Bike Burbs to upskill in advocacy and campaigns. You will have a chance to learn how to identify advocacy objectives and targeting your energy in an effective manner. This is a great opportunity if you have limited capacity and want to deliver your message to different audiences who can influence the decision-making process.

Kai and inu provided.

Capacity limited to make sure everyone is heard and is involved in the interactive workshop. Make sure you register on Eventbrite to secure your space.
