Pride Ride: Journey on the Rainbow Path Join us for Pride Ride: Journey on the Rainbow Path, a vibrant and inclusive bike ride that celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community. This fun and welcoming event is open to everyone, whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or new to biking. It’s a wonderful opportunity to come together, show support for diversity, and ride in solidarity for a more inclusive future.

The event kicks off at the Wesley Community Centre and follows a scenic route towards the Rainbow Path, located at the corner of Great North Road and Carrington Road. As we ride through the streets, participants will experience the energy and unity of the LGBTQIA+ community, proudly wearing rainbow colours and helmets. Upon return, we’ll gather for a relaxed social event featuring a sausage sizzle and ice blocks available for a gold coin donation.

All proceeds will support our rainbow rangatahi in Puketāpapa, ensuring that young members of the LGBTQIA+ community have the resources and support they need. This is more than just a bike ride; it’s a celebration of pride, love, and acceptance. So, put on your brightest colours, gear up with your helmets, and ride with pride!

Please note – Riders must be confident to ride at least 10km on the day.
The whole route is along shared walk/bike paths. All bikes and riders are welcome.
