Fallen Jacaranda FlowerCAA would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to the family of Jane Farelly, who died last weekend during a bike ride near Taupo, after being struck by an overtaking truck.

We also thank the family for their moving call for better driving behaviour around cyclists, as well as the Herald (article) and Campbell Live (video) for their thoughtful and respectful reporting on the tragedy and the memorial.
