Personal valet service
Guests enjoy a smooth transition through your gates with friendly, welcoming staff ready to take care of their bike, pram, scooter or other small vehicle and set them on their way in a positive mindset for the day.
Pop-up, high-volume solution
Seamless, safe and secure, our portable solution can accommodate up to 400 bikes for events between Albany and Papakura, with trained staff, rack equipment and comprehensive liability insurance all included.
Audience sharing
We’ll provide ready-to-use words and images so you can tell your audience about Bike Valet. And we’ll tell bike users about your event. Added exposure is included for your event through our social media channels and 5200 strong email mailing list – boasting an impressive 40% open rate.
Optional add-ons
For a small additional fee you can delight and surprise your guests with one of our optional add-on services.
Maintenance service – our on-site mechanic can offer basic repairs and maintenance during your event.

Big Gay Out 2024
Bike Auckland has been serving the Big Gay Out community since 2013, with 2024 being our biggest year yet! 285 bikes were parked (up from 161 the previous year). Due to Point Chevalier Road being closed to private vehicles for the event, the organisers have the huge task of organising buses from around the region. But with a Bike Valet, attendees could pass through the road closure and cruise right on up to the entrance gate.

Kelmarna Festival 2024
A newcomer to the Bike Valet community, Kelmarna City Farm hired us to be part of their annual fundraising event. With historical challenges of on-street parking in the congested cul-de-sac and a local community that is likely to choose to travel by bike, they knew they needed a Bike Valet and went out to find a values-aligned sponsor for funding.
