We provide you a custom quote based on the duration, scale (both participants and number of bikes likely to be parked) and location of your event. If cost is a barrier (likely!) we can also explore discounted rates for community groups and help you seek funding to have bike valet at your event.
At the bottom of this page is a form to fill out for a quote / enquiry. If you would prefer to email, please include the following information:
- Dates of the event, including any rain dates
- Approximate number of participants
- Approximate number of participants coming by bike
- Location of the event
- Times:
- Event times
- Pack in times
- Pack out times
- Any restrictions on access/parking.
